We are happy to announce that the long awaited, and much asked for, banish command was released in Furcadia today. This command will allow dream owners to keep players and their alts out of their dreams and makes it impossible for them to return! Yay!!! :) You can banish any player causing you a problem as long as they are online. Once you banish someone, they will be banished from any dream that alt uploads. To clarify, this means that once you banish a name, they and all of their alts cannot get in any dream you upload even after you restart the dream. You must take them off your banish list for them to be able to enter. We highly recommend that you put those you have banished to your perm ignore list. banish name - Bans a furre from your dream. banish-off name - Un-bans a furre. banish-off-all - Un-bans all furres on your ban list. banish-list - Lists those you have banned. FireWall Battlebar Tavern has been removed from the archives, all the images for it have gone poof because they were on another server. Doesn't really matter, I can tell you right now that it sucked. More posts will be edited in the coming weeks as we clean up the site and prepare for other things. What does this mean? I dunno--I'm just saying it anyways. -FVG, Jesus I'm tired. |

Who the fuck are all these retards? I know ONE of the people there (a reader of this page infact) but goddamn, the FVG Tables have been taken over by rejects from /b/. Soon, soon we shall reclaim the birthright. Or not, who knows. Edit! Well a couple of hours after this post was made, the tables got busier and a reader sent in this screenshot, showing the ratio of FVG readers to non...FVG...readers. You get the idea.  To those of you who still read the site, who still laugh and still hope for more, thank you. As for what you want, well I guess you'll just have to let us know. Is it reviews? The Review Lounge back up? You let us know and we'll see what we can do about it. |

When I still get comments on old reviews like PF, TGT and other places; it fills my heart with joy. However, it doesn't take much joy to fill it for it is a cold lump of coal--festering with evil intentions and ill-will towards all man and furry-kind. It also makes me giggle, just a bit--that new people everyday are still discovering the site and laugh. For those of you who missed them, the Furrabian Hospital and Yiffy High School reviews are back up. I would give you links, but I would rather you find them yourself. They were taken down awhile ago for reasons of Vandala and I calling a ceasefire. I'm sorry, I had a moment of weakness. It will never happen again. Carry on. P.S. Happy Canada Day, bitches. Just because I am making a post now and then does not mean we are back. It is still under consideration as RM and I talk about the issue. It’s not easy being the FVG team, the constant requests for the most stupid things (read more in Sunday Morning Mail Bags for stupid questions asked of us) and the begging and pleading of dream owners to please, please review their sad, sad dreams and attempts to be “cool” in Furcadia. No, to be cool in Furcadia you have to lounge around the fire pit and complain about how much you hate Furcadia with all $4000.57 worth of digo items you currently have displayed. Or you can be these kids.  Feel free to click on the link; it was what I brought up earlier: FurN Café Forums. What? Since when is this an awesome idea? Before you asked, yes—both RM and I registered as users. Why? Because we can. As far as I can tell they have high hopes of high traffic and hate angels for some reason. I too hate angels, but not enough to draw jizz covered pre-teen ones. The logo, Jesus Christ in a taxi cab in Arizona. I guess since one of the people with the highest post count is 15, I suspect a logo such as that would intrigue them with its stick figure eroticism. And by God, I fell into a few more dreams. I was wrong upon my initial findings, most are far worse than the last time I reviewed something. Hell, almost as bad as the first review I did about a year and a half ago. I wish to know more of the decay that Furcadia has succumb to in the FVG team absence; share your stories, your logs. Make us just fucking angry enough to warrant another dose of sarcasm and FVG brand hate. Then again, you will have to wait until my new and expensive computer arrives in a few weeks. Mmmm, new. |

For some reason I am feeling, nostalgic. Do not ask me why, it is just the way it is. Verily, I have not taken a peek at Furcadia in many months—and did anything change when for some reason; after 4 hours of sleep before a long day of museums (yes I have culture), and the fair grounds (evil men like me enjoy bumper cars as much as the next person and those little mini-donuts) I went to the Furcadias. Needless to say, it made my eyes sad. Some things still remain the same—and that’s part of the problem. A year ago Felorin gave us hints at an update of proportions so large it would make your mom look Ethiopian. This of course makes me a liar. I only lie to work for extra days off. TGT, TSC and other previously reviewed dreams still exist but others, oh others have gone belly up. New ones have risen from the yiffy ashes, filled with the same old garbage except…these:  It appears that a certain someone’s hand drawn style is giving influence to a score of new and quite frankly horrible ass dreams. I spent a little while hopping around, dream to dream, from one yiffy flying vampiric squirrel to the next and it reminded me of why I—no, we were needed in the first place. I can look back and read over the FVG journal and realize the things that I have done wrong, where I strayed from the beaten path. Less reviews, more fan-service and bribes, oh the glorious bribes. Now that I am gone there are things like the FurN Café Tables Forums (I don't have the link right now, I will try and find it) or some tripe, Dragon Scales (thanks Fel, thanks a lot), and dreams called the Purple Panda Love Love Den. Where’s the scum and the villainy as Obi Won Kenobi once spoke of a certain spaceport? Since when was FurN about happy feelings and sharing and gay sparkles that revolve around you and speak in unicorn giggles?! My tables, Jesus—turned upside down and vomited on by some sort of rainbow love, what the fuck is wrong with those people. Does the world need an FVG, a Rubber Mage and scores of fan-girls and militant followers? I think it does. There are some things that would need to be changed, a lot of deliberation on our part. In a few short words, will we be back? Maybe. But not what we were in the last incarnation—surely not. Maybe a new helper (I have someone in mind that will be with us today). Less crap, more review. Maybe, just maybe. Or maybe I will continue to go to work, make money, smoke cigarettes, sex it up in a way that only I can and sit here; wondering—does the world need an FVG? Oh, and I hear Clax is back. Woo. P.S.: RM went through all of the entries and unscreened all your comments I have not seen in recent...months. Huzzah. |

Since we have decided to return with a vengeance, leaving no stone unturned and no furre untouched by a backhand; we have enlisted some help with the site. The awesome posse over at shoopkids have volunteered their rant-skillz to the cause and every Saturday they will give us a new treat to anger the rest of furrydumb. Just to clarify things once and for all, we are back like Elvis, or Jesus--or Jelvis. Mondays: FVG dream review. Fridays: RM dream review. Saturdays: Shoopkids Saturdays Sundays: Sunday Morning Mailbag (as long as the whispers roll in)! There’s the basic schedule. Look for other rants and raves during the week as Furcadia spins deeper into a plane of madness. Ebon madness. This should keep you going through the week and my ulcer from flaring up. Welp, that’s enough from me. We’ll let the shoopkids take it from here. Descriptions for furres are a funny thing, if not done right you may never talk to a single person on Furc. Are you a port artist who has been scammed or ripped off? The check out this link which gives you a blacklist of people to look out for. We'll add this puppy to the links section soon (meaning when I pester RM about it). Have other useful Furcadia links not already on our nifty list? Send them our way! We may even try and get a commission list up. Maybe. In the meantime you can check out this one. Need more than just FVG for ranting and raving? Well there's also the shoopkids who will tickle your insides (or make you very, very angry). With the phoenix reborn dealy that the FVG site is working on, we are also thinking of having a weekly rant done by the "leet" team over at shoopkids. -FVG |

Did anyone notice the little server crash we had yesterday? Yea, those new servers are really working out for us. We did however manage to foil Barefoot Paradise once more and take the upload spot (after a flame war that lasted an hour). Drop in, look around. RM and I are still figuring out FVG site...things. I will try and keep you posted as things develop. Maybe I'll get RM to fire up a poll and check for demand as well as see what exactly y'all want to see again. I have some ideas. -FVG |
